IRE Bodies

The “Institut des Réviseurs d'Entreprises (here after "IRE") is a professional association with legal personality and organized by the law of December 18, 2009 on the audit profession, as subsequently amended. Its offices are situated on 7 rue Alcide De Gasperi L-1615 Luxembourg, building "C" 1st floor (postal address PO Box 2056 L-1020 Luxembourg). 

IRE bodies are the Council, the General Assembly's and the Disciplinary Council. 

In order to achieve its functions conferred upon him by laws and regulations, the IRE Council is supported by a secretariat, and various working groups. They are intended to advise the IRE Council on matters relating to the profession.
